In July 2019 I rented an apartment in Mokotów through the Lions Estate agency represented by Mr. Agata Śliwka. At the same time, I tried to rent through 5 other agencies, so I was able to compare data. First of all, Mrs. Agata proved effective. Secondly, all the time, and contact with her lasted about a week, I had the impression that she represented my interests, although at the same time she had to be loyal to the other party. Ultimately, I rented an apartment on terms more favorable than those that I entered in the offer. I dont know how she did it, but we all congratulated ourselves on signing the contract. Thirdly, Agatas professionalism is a nice experience. She is elegant, knows English very well, has a conversation with a large personal culture, is verbal and punctual. I did not have the slightest difficulties or delays in telephone and e-mail contacts. She responded immediately and contacted first informing about the course of the presentation of the premises, the progress of negotiations or preparation of the contract. This is how I imagine the work of an ideal real estate agent.

Agata did an excellent job showing my wife and I the city of Warsaw with a lot of different options to choose our apartment. She was detailed and knowledgeable and we would not have been able to find the great place that we did with our her!

If all of the agents at Lions Estate are like Agata Sliwka then you will have the most peaceful, relaxing time choosing a place to live in Poland. Ive rented apartments in France, the UK and Australia before and Agata really made Lions stand a head above any other travel agent I have ever come across. From the very beginning Agata treated me like a first class client, even though my budget surely wasnt the biggest. She offered to pick me up and drop me off in her car and even gave up her time to discuss properties with me over coffee, which made me feel like I was her top priority. She arranged for me to see 5-6 apartments in total, negotiated the contract based on my needs (which included extra furnishings as I didnt have utensils or appliances in my suitcase) and surprisingly even worked through a Sunday to make sure the contract was ready for signing due to time pressure and last minute changes. I have never encountered such commitment from a real estate agency before. I could go on about how Agata checked specific clauses with lawyers for me, asked property owners important questions that I did not think (or know) to ask, and organised a tailor made catalogue of properties wed viewed together. She even went to the trouble of digging up and proposing a final property once Id 90% made up my mind on another, just so I could be absolutely sure it was the one I wanted. But really what impressed me the most was the attention she gave my every desire. Before meeting her i was prepared to make sacrifices and thought, the perfect property doesnt exist in my budget but she worked tirelessly to listen to even my most out of reach desires (like south facing outdoor area, floor to ceiling windows for natural light and a surface area of more than 50m2) and she consistently exceeded my expectations. To say I am surprised and delighted with the service of both Lions and Agata is a wild understatement. If you are looking for professionals who care about finding you a home you will love in Poland, I highly recommend you get in touch with Lions and especially Agata.
