Kopernika 15 is a building in the neo-Renaissance style built in the years 1890-1900 according to the design of the Polish architect Władysław Marconi, who was, among others author of the design of the famous Bristol hotel in Warsaw. In 2018, a thorough renovation and reconstruction was carried out in the historic building. The renowned development company Fenix Group has invested in the revitalization of the building. Renovating the tenement house and equipping it with modern technical solutions, attention was paid to maintaining the whole in the original style and preserving the historical details and character of the historic building.
