Apartments Niemcewicza 17 are located in Old Ochota, 2.2 km from the center of Warsaw. This is one of the most prestigious addresses in the city. The building’s façade alludes to the stylistics of a pre-war tenement house. Natural materials, which are used to finish both the elevation and the common areas, including flooring and door portals, lends a contemporary character to the building. The main entrance is designed in the form of a wide doorway with sliding doors, and in the representative hall is located a reception. The passage to the staircases leads through a glass corridor, which acts as a gallery with a view of the courtyard. Quiet elevators and excellent sound insulation will ensure that residents enjoy peace and tranquility.
