From the real estate agency’s point of view, off-market activity requires exceptional skills, vast experience and a sense of the situation.

We work with demanding people on a daily basis. People who care about comprehensive service because their time is very valuable. We are able to adapt to customer requirements, and in our service we go beyond what real estate agencies usually offer. It happened that we picked up the client from the airport and showed him Warsaw, or we quickly answered the client’s questions from across the ocean, despite different time zones.
In addition, we approach each client individually. We listen carefully to his needs and requirements, so that the selected property is a dream come true and not a compromise.
Customers are satisfied with the cooperation with us, which we wrote about, for example in the article about recommendations from our clients. This results in numerous commands and a constantly expanded contact base – both among people interested in buying and selling. And this is crucial when it comes to off-market offers.

The concept of collective memory was coined by Maurice Halbwachs, a French philosopher and sociologist. It describes the collective experience of a group of people, e.g. a nation or a company with traditions.
We are aware that individual employees can and should benefit from the experience of the entire company (collective memory). That is why at Lions Estate we have created such an organizational culture that favors the exchange of experiences – there is no unhealthy competition between agents. Moreover, this exchange of experiences is systematized. For example, each new employee receives a dedicated mentor / supervisor, as well as tasks that help him to implement.
