Rezydencja Potocka is located at Barszczewska Street in the Żoliborz district, 8 km from the city center. It is the perfect combination of city amenities and the charm of green areas.

The project assumed the creation of a small tenement house in a modernist style with individual characters of flats that will meet the needs of even the most demanding people. On the facade, the designer proposed so-called wallets that give it an individual character. In turn, from the garden side he placed the details of the steel balustrades of the balconies. There is a pergola on the roof, which, in addition to being an ornament, shades the roof on sunny days. A very distinctive element of the building is the spacious entrance – semi-private, semi-public space, which affects both the building itself and the urban space of the street. The high quality of workmanship and materials used ensure maximum comfort.

The six-storey building has 18 apartments, including adjustable 2 and 3-room flats and apartments with 4 or 5 rooms, wardrobes and two bathrooms ranging from 30 m2 to 134 m2. The building provides for the possibility of connecting apartments to create unique spaces up to 220 m2. All apartments have balconies, terraces or a garden with an area of nearly 360 m2. An additional advantage of the premises are large windows that provide adequate sunlight.
