Wilcza 22 – Kamienica w Podwórzu
The Wilcza 22 investment is a unique, revitalized tenement house from the late 19th century, which has been restored to its former charm during the restoration process. It is one of the few buildings that survived World War II. The real estate development company RealCo Property Investment and Development is responsible for the implementation of the project. During the renovation were made efforts to preserve the original character of the building – the façade of the tenement house was completely restored, the doors and windows were replaced with stylized ones in a way referring to the historical ones, decorating them with elements typical for that era, as well as the stairs and balustrades were restored.
