Centrum Praskie Koneser is an unique investment, which is located in the quarter of Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka, and Nieporęcka streets on the premises of the Warsaw Vodka Factory. The impressive connoisseur of steel and bottles hanging above the staircase refers to the spirit of the former Koneser.

“Treasury” E3 – a modern building with 108 premises. Some apartments on the top floor are raised to a height of 1.5 floors. This part is equipped with green terraces and mezzanines. The entire investment took care of the space in the rooms, inserting large porte-fenetre windows. The premises have a height of 3 m, which can be individually arranged. Each apartment has a large balcony or loggia. For the convenience of residents, a spacious underground car park has been designed. The monitoring and access control system provides a sense of security and comfort of life.
