Our longtime client asked us for help in finding an apartment for his daughter. She was starting her studies in the center of Warsaw soon. Her dream was to live in a historic tenement house, in a prestigious neighborhood. The area of ​​interest was narrowed down to Mokotowska Street, Dolinka Szwajcarska, Wiejska Street and Ujazdowskie Avenue. Silence and the view of greenery were also a very important factor.

We presented our client 5 of our offers from the secondary market and 2 offers from the primary market (revitalization of a historic tenement house). All of them met most of the client’s expectations. After the presentations, two of them were placed on the reserve list. Using our contact base we have acquired 4 more apartments. One of them was added to the reserve list. However, none of the offers met all the client’s needs.

SOLUTION

After presenting all available offers we realized, that offer which we were looking for does not exist on the market. The biggest challenge was to find an apartment in such a narrow location, which would also meet the conditions for a quiet neighborhood and a nice, green area.
