Piękna Nova - a combination of the nineteenth century and modernity
Piękna Nova is an innovative investment located in the southern city center of an unusual character on one of the trendiest streets in Warsaw. Bulanda Mucha Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design. The authors’ intention was to combine the style of a 19th-century tenement house with contemporary solutions to give a modern face and at the same time commemorate the history of this unique place. The investment company Magnus Group, renowned on the Polish market, carried out the investment. Work on the construction of the property began in 2008 and came to an end in 2010.
