The Fort Cze apartments are located in Lower Mokotów at Idzikowskiego Street. At the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, this area was an important element of the fortifications, forming part of the so-called Warsaw Fortress ring. The facility was built on the basis of the revitalized Fort Czerniaków named after Piłsudski Legions, erected in the 1880s. It combines history with modernity.

Today it is a part of the development of the island aparthotel with a total usable floor area of 14,671 sq m. The area surrounded by the moat was adapted for building a hotel and guest house complex. The newly created complex is an oasis of greenery and peace in the city center. The Fort Cze investment includes the construction of apartments ranging from 30 to 180 m2. The investment was divided into 21 aparthotel-type buildings, arranged accordingly: on the artillery ramparts (13 buildings), in the ground embankment next to the historic barracks (2 buildings with 28 premises), in the area after the historic ammunition warehouse (2 facilities in which 31 apartments were designed) and three one-inch buildings in the neck of the fort. In addition, the historic barracks were restored under the strict supervision of the conservator.The premises have been equipped with an intelligent management system in the global, open KNX standard. The system allows you to control home functions inside and outside buildings – e.g. managing blinds and lighting remotely. In the apartments, the usual switches used in traditional electrical installations have been replaced by programmable keys.

Due to the highest standard of apartment buildings, Celiane accessories with slate and basalt frames and graphite colored keys were used in the common area.
Access control communication takes place in the Bticino digital technology including the concierge center.
The tenants have installed hand-free videophones with a 7-inch C300 touch screen.
The apartments have cabling for modern audio systems based on Bose technology.

The entrance to the estate was designed through a historic bridge. The centrally located pre-war barracks have been changed into a luxurious gastronomic and cultural space with restaurants and a fitness room.
