Ogrodowa 65 is a modernist tenement house located in Wola in Mirów at one of the oldest streets in Warsaw, in close proximity to the city center. It is a historic residential building erected according to the design of the well-known architect Stanisław Barylski, which construction began in 1937. Lately the building has been revitalized. The Ogrodowa 65 project was implemented in 2016 by RealCo Property Investment and Development, an experienced company on the market. Main goal of the entire process was to preserve the historical character of the tenement house, so during the work original details were recreated and new elements were stylized for the 1930s.
