Shiraz Gardens is an exclusive housing estate, which is located in Warsaw’s Ochota district, by Szczęśliwicki Park at 14 Drawska Street. The authors of this project are architects from the APA Wojciechowski studio.

On the longitudinal plot, 15 detached houses have been designed, connected by a single-storey underground car park. This solution provides the appropriate number of parking spaces and makes the space between buildings larger. Thanks to this, traffic was also eliminated at the estate. On the roof of the garage there is a beautiful garden. For full security, a monitoring system has been installed that records all entrances and entrances to the housing estate and staircases. In the separated part of the garage a fitness zone has been designed – a swimming pool, gym, sauna, solarium, massage studio and fitness club. You can actively relax without leaving the estate.

The main advantages of the Ogrody Shiraz estate are the perfect location, peace, quiet and intimate atmosphere. In the vicinity there is Park Szczęśliwicki with charming fountains, cafes and places for recreation, pubs, restaurants, Blue City and Reduta shopping centers, as well as Hala Banacha with a bazaar. In addition, numerous service outlets, schools, kindergartens, medical center and hospital.
