Patrick was exceptionally patient and went out of his way to show us appropriate properties. He is kind and very professional.
We worked with Patryk from Lions Estate prior to moving to Warsaw, he was extremely helpful, professional and went above and beyond to find us apartments in no time. He showed us 10 apartments in one day, all amazing places and locations. We loved a few of them and we decided on one but unfortunately the owner had rented it behind our backs. This did not stop Patryk from looking for more and showing us more. If it were not for Patryks advice, knowledge and taking all the this time to make us ware of the market and what is out there, we would not have been able to choose or know what is good and what is not. I recommend working with him and Lions Estate and hopefully in the future if we find our self looking for another apartment we will reach out to him again.

Patryk Staniszewski was the representative who partnered me during my relocation and rental apartment search in Warsaw. He effectively provided me alternatives, helped me in segmenting and prioritizing the apartments and provided support during my decision process. He was always professional and very well-interested through-out the process. I really appreciated his support, which for most of the time went beyond only the apartment search , where he provided a lot of valuable information about the life in Warsaw as well. He was very flexible with the working hours, even showing me apartments in workday evenings and Sundays where other agents did not provide such flexibility. This really helps especially if you are busy in you work.

Patryk helped me very well with finding a appartment for me. With 2 cats and my wishes it was not sometimes easy for him, but he didnt stopt looking and found finally a good appartment. Communication via email and phone was perfect and he is speaking good english. As foreigner very comfortable when you do not speak polish. The appartment is close to my work, all equipted and close to shops/supermarket. The owner from this appartment is afriendly person, speaks good english and is also very willing to help you. Excellent Care, Superior Capabilities
We were advised on a long term rental (our first overseas) by Patryk Staniszewski, who coped admirably with endless questions, nervous clients, and a painfully long confirmation delay on our side, due to the latter stages of pregnancy!
Throughout, Patryk remained courteous, unflappable and eminently patient, and for that has our sincere thanks and appreciation...after-care so far has been excellent also, but we will seal the deal as tradition demands, with a drink in our new house in May! ;)
