This apartment is directed towards a single person or a couple, working in nearby offices, who desire to enjoy the rich culinary and entertainment offer of Bliska Wola after hours. It will also work perfectly as a premium buy-to-let - there's no shortage of interested tenants in this neighborhood, also quite hard to imagine property prices here not climbing up any further.
