The Hoża 55 apartment building is located in Śródmieście Południowe, at 55 Hoża Street (0.6 km from the center of Warsaw). The investment was built and commissioned in 2013 by the developer Yareal Polska. This is a project inspired by the unique atmosphere of historic tenement houses.

Hoża Street has always been considered one of the most prestigious and known addresses in the center of Warsaw. To this day, it has preserved pre-war buildings and its cozy character.

The architectural design of the Hoża 55 investment was made by the Grzegorczyk – Taillandier company in cooperation with the Polish architectural office Kluczyński Architekt. The apartment complex was built on the site of the former bronze and silver factory of the Łopieński Brothers.

The modern apartment building was made with special care, incorporating fragments of the historic facade and elements of factory machinery into the interior. The building has a representative glazed lobby, a green patio visible from the street, to which leads an internal passage decorated with an old crane. The apartments provide residents with the highest contemporary standard of housing, particularly thanks to the luxurious common spaces, an access control and monitoring system and an underground car park with 72 spaces. The investment has a cozy green patio and unique gardens in the heart of the capital at ground floor apartments.

The apartments in the building have various floor areas (35 m2 – 177 m2) and are characterized by excellent planning, spaciousness, functionality and ease of arrangement.
